Users are solely responsible for using EmberCase properly and for following all safety instructions provided with their hair styling tools. Never place a hot tool inside EmberCase unless it is being used in accordance with the product’s instructions and EmberCase’s recommended use guidelines. Users should ensure that tools are appropriately cooled or positioned as instructed before storing or transporting them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmberCase and its owners, officers, members, employees, affiliates, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, property damage, fire, burn, or other damage arising from or related to the use, misuse, improper use, or inability to use EmberCase.

EmberCase is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, modification of the product, use with tools or equipment for which the product was not intended, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EmberCase.

By purchasing or using EmberCase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks and agree to use the product responsibly and in accordance with all applicable instructions and warnings.
